2. Custom Orders & Artistic Variation
Our embroidery is artisanal and bespoke. Please review all personalized details carefully, including spelling and thread colors, before final submission. While we strive for perfection, minor variations in thread color and placement are inherent to the custom process. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, sizing, color choices) submitted by the customer.
Please note that thread and/or fabric colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor displays, lighting, and material variations. While we do our best to match colors as closely as possible, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. For items that are temporarily out of stock, fulfillment may take up to 14-20 business days.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. UPS orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment, and USPS orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Failure to provide correct details may result in delays or additional fees.
Once an order has been shipped, Stitched x Meredith is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control.
5. Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available at checkout. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please arrange pickup time within a reasonable timeframe after notification.

6. Return & Refund Policy
Because custom embroidered items are created specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, defect, or an error on our part), we will review your request and do our very best to make it right, which may include a replacement or other resolution at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include the following information:
