What happens after I submit my inquiry?
Meredith carefully reviews every submission personally. Within 2-3 business days, you'll receive an email to confirm design details and finalize your order. We’ll only start stitching once you are completely happy with the plan.
What materials do you use for embroidery?
Our custom process requires you to drop off your own items at the studio for stitching. Once your bespoke embroidery is finished, we will contact you to arrange studio pickup since we do not offer shipping or delivery.
