We'd love to work with you to create something that feels completely your own! From family monograms to one-of-a-kind heirlooms, I love helping you bring your stitched story to life. Please provide as much detail as possible, and we will reach out to discuss your ideas, personalization, and all the little details that will make your piece special.

For custom orders, please allow 5-7 business days from item drop-off (or once payment is received) for processing and fulfillment. Orders needed within 1-2 business days may be available depending on my schedule and are subject to a rush fee.

Questions & Answers

What is the typical timeline for a custom order?

For custom orders, my current turnaround time is approximately  5-7 business days. Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule. Orders needed within 1-2 business days are subject to a rush fee starting at $25. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in your inquiry form and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

How does pricing work for personalized items?

Pricing is based on the complexity of the design, the item type, and the stitch count. Once I review your inquiry, I'll provide a detailed quote tailored to your specific choices before I begin the stitching process. To get started on your order, payment is required upfront. 

What happens after I submit my inquiry?

I carefully review every submission personally. Within 1-2 business days, you'll receive an email to confirm design details and finalize your order. I’ll only start stitching once you are completely happy with the plan.

What is the drop-off and pickup process?

For custom embroidery on your own items, you will drop off your own item(s) at my home studio for stitching. Once your embroidery is complete, I'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

 

If you're unable to drop off your item(s) locally, you're also welcome to ship them to me. Once your embroidery is complete, I'll ship the finished item(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, both to and from my home studio.
